if you edit a category, you have the possibility for a 'alias this category'. Then you can load the page by index.php?myalias

Hi,

sure. The layout you can put in a template. The only thing is, that you have to link all links in your menu manually to the wanted sites.
It should be easy to realise it.

Erstell eine Gruppe Home. Da drin einen Artikel. Dort hast du die moeglichkeit in dem Felder Weiterleitung die Adresse, also index.php, einzugeben. Bei mir im Breadcump wird es nicht angezeigt.

hast du alles patches reingebadscht? ich hatte das problem auch mal bei einer aelteren version. nach dem zweiten anmelden war ich dann drinnen.

ah ok... now i understand...

the problem is, that you have in the conf.template_default.inc.php file only the standard and active tag available for nav_row. If you want to make rollovereffects, you have to modify it deeper in the cms.
I dont know a fast and easy solution.

If you make the text transparent and via CSS you can change the background color of the Link, than it should work.

I like the site very much i must say! But i have a question about it... you used a gradient for your background... but when i open a long page i don't see it get repeated nor does it stops or something... how did you do that?? I had the same problem yesterday also. I modified on the backend the Frontend.css and all changements i made didn't worked on the webpage... after a few hours of trying :( , i just copied the modified text in the backend (for the frontend.css) in a empty file and uploaded it directly to the folder.....
