I'm having the same problem rubaflo had. Instantiate message. Wondering if anyone could tell me what language file might be missing or if it was solved otherwise.

thanks. It seems to have resolved itself. I worked w/ mozilla for a few hours and have restarted my computer a couple times since I had last tried with IE.

I had the same problem. Except its a little bit stranger, I could open the file browser in IE yesterday, but today it just opens my homepage. Works fine in Mozilla though. Was anyone able to figure out what the problem was?

Still not solved, I tried the following:

$phpwcms["db_table"] = "amata-handicraft";
$phpwcms["db_prepend"] = "";
$phpwcms["db_pers"] = 1;

// site values
$phpwcms["site"] = "http://www.amata-handicraft.com/";
$phpwcms["admin_email"] = "webmaster@amata-handicraft.com";

// paths
$phpwcms["DOC_ROOT ...

I'm not sure I follow, I've seen that as a solution in other posts on the forum but do not know where or how to "check or uncomment" the document root. Is that something I need to do with my server or somewhere in the config.inc.php file?

This problem has me beyond puzzled. In fact, I don't even remember what my initial problem was but it has since compounded itself severely. In an effort to solve my mess I deleted all files from my root directory with my host, and also deleted all of my phpmyadmin tables. With a clean slate I ...
