Scroll Bars for Content

Hi

I would like to have my main content {CONTENT} in a box with a fixed height and vertical scrollbars. The scrollbars should be customized - no system scrollbars. Was thinking of javascript, but couldn't solve the problem so far. Anybody an idea?
