all this you can Control by the Frontend.css (you can edit this in Backend -> Admin -> Default CSS)

add padding:XXpx; to the Class .articleSummary at Example.

Open the Source-Code-View in your Browser and you will find the Name of the Classes used on a specific Text or Area.

wie gesagt - fürs erste:

für andere Bereiche musst du dass bei den entsprechenden Klassen auch machen. Um rauszubekommen an welchen Klassen du da was ändern musst, kann ich dir nur den FireFox als Browser empfehlen - dann noch das Plug-In 'Edit-CSS' dazu und die Plug-In's 'Web Developer' und 'ColorZilla' - dann kannst du dir anzeigen lassen welche Klasse auf dem Element liegt, dass du gerade mit der Maus überfährst - mit Edit-CSS kannst Du das CSS temporär ändern und siehst gleich die Auswirkungen - dann die Änderungen ins frontend.css übertragen und alles wird gut

okay hat geklappt, dankeschön, ich benütze sowieso nur den firefox werde ich mal ausprobieren,.

noch was wenn du bei mir auf contact klickst, dann siehst du dass die kästchen sehr nahe beim text sind und die grösse auch sehr gross ist!

1. wie kann ich den abstand zum text vergrössern?
2. wie kann ich die kästchengrösse ändern (höhe)?

am besten definiertst du dafür eigene Klassen - beim Einrichten des Kontaktformulars gibt es ja für jeden Eintrag auch ein Feld 'Class' da trägst du den Namen deiner Klasse ein und legst die Klasse in der Frontend nach deinen Wünschen an.
