I cant see default.css

Hi all

I just intalled phpwcms and everything went ok. I can log-in but when i try to see the deafult.css nothing appears. Also if i try to add an article, the article is added but i cant see it.
Can anyone helpme please???

if you check your db with phpmyadmin, do you see the article?

In phpwcms_article table there is the title of the created article as well as the begin_time, the end_time and all the details about the article. Maybe i must tell You that my web server use IIS6 and php 4.3.1.
I red in the forum that other people had the same problem but i dint find out how the fix it.

try XAMPP from http://www.apachefriends.org instead of IIS (IIS sucks). This works for nearly everybody with such kind of problem.
