I love this site, the colours and its "look and feel".

Everything matches.
But why dont you use the blue color in "marketing" and "news"
another point is that the main links open in new windows. The attention is too quickly drawn to these aother sites.

phalancs, you speak about the flash on the top of content area?

1) i think is enough only on index, and is not neccesary on another pages.
2) from tis site submike promotes another 3 sites that is his company services also as i understand
