one navigation would be enough, I have never seen someone who needs a second navigation on a webpage. I would only leave the top one.

Yes, i know. This is only for testing. In future it will be only show the submenues on the left side.

The Problem i have is, that i became in the top navigation the active link not in bold

Just my opinion, but I would skip the fading page transitions.
