In Opera Version 7.54, content isn't in center (vertical) off screen like explorer and mozilla, but looks good any way.

Wow, my goodness - very nice! How is this done, what's the basic concept of programming?

Looks perfect on Win with FF 1.0 and IE 6
apart from the fact that the word "login" at the top right sits rigt in the edge without a margin. I am also not so keen on the bright green dashes in the alternative menu at the bottom of the window.
I also think that your intro page does not have the same quality feel about it as you get once you have entered the site. I think the animation shold be different, incorporating shapes and colours from the rest of the site.

thanks for the complements, and i still need to work on the intro and some otther details as you said, it really helps to hear from other people, so thanks!!!

there is no real coding involved just some animated gifs and simple java to work on mouse overs and timing on the gif sequences. trying to make a site that looks like it has flash but is small and reqiers no plugins.

p.s. any and all sugestions are welcome, and greatley apreciated

One more thing: A quick Google search confirmes that I knew I had seen the graphics on your page "what we want to avoid" http://www.pixelpowerplant.com/hub/13.0.0.1.0.0.phtml before (see links below). While this is still a very good, entertaining and meaqningful illustration it has been wiedely used in seminars and so on that I would think twice before using it yet again. Even though it might make pixelpowerplant an even more innovative and ingenious image to those who don't know these grafics it could have the opposite effect on visitors who have encounteres them before: "Well I have seen that before... Not really as clever as they try to be". Just a thought. I'm am undecided myself whether having them there is good or not.

no, sorry. I have also no idea where it comes from. I only know that it's not my first time to see it.

Hi ryanpratt,

that are very, very old scetches. I've seen them a long time ago, during my early schooltimes... an that's nearly 45 years ago

Copyright.... can't imagine.

well, I just love your site.
Why don't you style your form fields a bit (custom background/border) to make it more special and fitting better witht the overall design of the site!?

Just out of intrest: is pixelpowerplant based in Iceland?
