Delete trash can

I have trouble with deleting file in trash can. In phpWCMS it is deleted normaly, but it still on my HD.
Is this normale?

Having the same.
The filenames are not longer in the trash can, but the files are still on disk and the info about them is still in the database. What can I do to delete them completely?

Well I and have the problem reported here:

If you delete a site structure with content(artcles) then the articles is not deleted from the db. So you have to delete all article before deleting a level in the site structure Grrrr
