Blank pages in Backend - HELP -

I have installed phpwcms sucessfull on my account. But if i want to make new articles or edit them I get a blank page.
I tried to change the wysiwyg editors but none of them wont work.
And if I tried to change the frontend.css in the Admin section, nothing is displayed.

I don´t know if this is a firewall problem or a false configuration??

And is there a Port for the editor to change the configuration of the firewall? Didn´t found anything in the forum.

I use winxp with IE in LAN with Netgear Router.

hello

you have installed it local or in the web!?
did you have run also an softwarefirewall!?
if installed in the web then chack the permissions again.

It is installed in the web.
Norton Antivirus was running, but I stoped it. Didn´t helped.
All permissions set as explained in the documentation.

Danke Pappnase, aber das hat mir nicht geholfen.
Ich habe jetzt versucht mit meinem Modem ins Netz zu gehen, also nicht mehr über das Netzwerk und den Router.
Dabei tritt aber das gleiche Problem auf. Ich weiß ja nicht ob man da noch irgendwas im IE einstellen muss damit das funzt.

Java hab ich angeschaltet, Browsersicherheit auf niedrig gestellt und meine Seite in die vertrauenswürdigen Seiten geschrieben. Cookies sind auch an. Trotzdem tritt der Fehler weiter auf. Habe auch alle Verzeichnisse auf chmod 777 gesetzt.

Wenn ich den FCKeditor direkt über die Browserzeile aufrufe, dann funktioniert er. Ist vielleicht ein Pfadproblem beim Start des Editors.

So sieht meine conf.inc.php aus. Vielleicht liegt da der Fehler.
