create own navigation menu

I have been spending over 7 hours to try to understand if it is possible to use some kind of Replacement tags not to get the hole popup menu like if you use for example {BREADCRUMB} , {NAV_TABLE_SIMPLE} or
{NAV_TABLE_COLUMN} but only to the link i want in a specific table or flashmove. Can someone please help me out.

I am new in this forum and have been posting some mesage by mistake erlier today. I don't know how to delite. Im sorry.. johan
