I just installed the news mod, followed all the instructions and the "module" part of it works, fine; that is, I can add, edit and delete news.
However I'm having problems displaying the news, and i'm not sure if it's related to the template i'm using, or how i've structured the article.
What I *want* is to display the news items 1 after another, like a "blog" style I guess. I don't really care to have the users browse through the news using the buttons.
Each news item will have a title/heading, followed by the story, a divider, and then the next news item.
Anyway, i've created an article under a structure level with a topcount of 99, and i've created a plain text content part with the {PHP:..} in it. Now i'm not sure where to put the {NM:*} replacement tags and i'm not sure if they'll show up in the "article listing".
When I go to the "more" option, I get the error:
Code: Select all
