fake numbers in url

How to prevent web visitors to play with numbers in the address bar??
for example this url will show blank page :
http://www.phpwcms.de/index.php?id=3,0,94,9,0,0

Use the rewriting.

Rewriting won't fix that problem. There's really no way to fix it, as it isn't really a bug in the traditional sense. I don't see how it's a problem, I'd say don't worry about it.
