Replacement tag {SELECTED:x}

Hi,

this tag adds selected article where you want. x is a ID of article in database. I've included changed files in the package. Tag is working but it needs more testing with different content types. Some of them could make trouble.

If you can wait a while, wait for a new version of PHPWCMS. New release
will do this in its own way.
