Where are these directories?

I have downloaded the latest complete (I thought) version) decompressed and copied via ftp. Now I want to set permissions according to this:

1) DIR   phpwcms_tmp/thumb_list                    777
2) DIR   phpwcms_tmp/thumb_preview                 777
3) DIR   phpwcms_ftp                               777
4) DIR   phpwcms_filestorage/1...10                777
5) DIR   content/images                            777

6) FILE  setup/setup.conf.inc.php                  666
7) FILE  phpwcms_template/inc_css/frontend.css     666

FILE phpwcms_template/inc_default/startup.html 666

BUT, there isn't a setup directory, there isn't a phpwcms_tmp directory or any other directory that starts with phpwcms other than the template one.

Obviously either the full version is something I am not seeing at Sourceforge, or the install instructions need to be changed?

Never mind. I don't know how I ended up with two directories after the download...but I found the one that has everything in it. So this mystery has been resolved.
