CP Image with text, custom template

Hello.

I need to make custom template for Text with image CP.
I copied imagetext.tmpl from inc_default to inc_cntpart/imagetext

Now I need to edit this template.
What is confusing me is the content of default template, and particulary {IMAGETEXT} RT.
It seems that this RT is rendered somwhere else, and then called in imagetext.tmpl as only one RT.
Where I can find all "ingredients" of {IMAGETEXT} RT?

I would like to make template like other CP's,... teaser CP, imagespecial CP, etc.

Can someone assist me, or point me to documentation ( I already checked wiki and docu, but not found any help there)...?

{IMAGETEXT} is the only RT in this CP.

Use image <div>, there are all setting options you need.
