problem with [LINK_IT]{FACEBOOK} and description

I have problem with RT [LINK_IT]{FACEBOOK}
When i make change in "edit article basis information" DESCRIPTION FIELD or change title page - it doesn't change description on facebook.
on facebook show first title and description page.

When I create article and write decryption and page title i of course I can make change in phpwcms admin this fields but when i clik on share facebook button [LINK_IT]{FACEBOOK}[/LINK_IT] - on facebook share page show "historical" -"first " title and page description why?
IN <meta name="Description" content= everything is ok - there are correct information

Probably there is a delay of some hours?

i don't think so because I changed description and page title few days ago. and page title and description on facebook page did not change. maybe using LINK_IT - facebook page read description and page title not from source page but from php file?
