1.4.7 versions???

Hello,

I logged to backend and i was stunned! There was this:
The latest official version is phpwcms 1.4.7 (2010/12/27, r412). You are running phpwcms 1.4.7 (2010/11/25, r406).

Can someone explain me what does this mean? Why version is still 1.4.7? Shouldn't it be 1.4.8?
Or maybe r412 is hotfix or critical update for r406?
Where I can see list of changes? I'll like to upgrade to latest version

thanks, that worked,...

I uploaded files (overwriting old ones), and for DB part, it seems to me that there wasn't changes,...
I tested new version for a while, and it seams that it is ok.
