GT: problem upgrading from 1.1 to 1.4

I have received this error:

Warning: imagepng(): Unable to open '/home/realtanu/public_html/content/images/gt/9a2159d9216a762cf826cedb70b15941.png' for writing in /home/realtanu/public_html/include/inc_module/mod_graphical_text/inc_front/gt.func.inc.php on line 91

I have created the folder gt under the folder images, and CHMO both to 777.

Have you performed all upgrade instructions? From 1.1 to 1.2, from 1.2 to 1.3 and so on?

And what is with your phpwcms installation? Have you installed in your webserver's root or in a subdirectory?

The first time I have upload the latest files and create the directory.

Now I have erased all the old files and upload all the newest.

My phpwcms installation was done in a root directory (public_html).
