is it possible to create user login page in the beginning and accept user to login with password to view the site content?
if this is possible, please teach me how to do this in Phpwcms

Yes it is.
Have a look to the cp frontend login. (One general User only).
If you need more than one general user, then we have an external fe-login. The user/pw are listed in a hidden text file.

dafür kam der nächste post. ernst zu nehmen sind die lösungen aus dem hacks-forum alle nicht (habe sie alle getestet).
ich sehe das jetzt rein im vergleich zu anderen systemen (gruppen, ...).
