Datei- / Ordner-Rechte in 1.3.9

Hallo Zusammen,
kann mir jemand bitte sagen, welche Ordner/Dateien in der Version 1.3.9 (r213) wichtig sind gesetzt zu sein, damit alles funktioniert.

Danke flip-flop,
danach hatte mich mich dann auch nochmal orientiert.
Wenn das für die aktuelle Version noch stimmt, rühren meine Probleme anderswo her... :(
