select css

Where can I select a css file to edit? The 15-11 patch added another css, but when I click on "default css", there's no css loading.

the new css is ONLY for the print layout of phpwcms. It should be edited anywhere else than phpwcms. On phpwcms project page click the small printer icon at page botton to see what I mean.
