contentparts are gone!

Hi the contentparts including the editor are gone after uploading the site. The site is visible but contactform and every contentpart is gone. Could this be certain server settings. Has anybody a clue????

Re-Upload whole include folder.

Rename or delete the old one.

Hi Did the thing you suggested. No result. What I didn't tell you: I downloaded the site to my local xammp and copied and installed the db locally and there (on my pc ) everything works fine: the whole site is complete there and all the contentparts are back. So I'm pretty sure it's the server settings don't you think?But what?
