Anchor problems in IE 6 and IE 7

Hi all,


IE 6 and IE 7 seem to have problems with empty anchors ??

I have inserted this anchor at the beginning of my templates:

In phpwcms backend I have selected the Top checkbox in articles.

IE 6 and IE 7 don't react to the Top link, only Firefox 2 does...
