html: I tried to make it xhtml 1.0 valid and use only css for layout.
Entire style is based on "em" so I wonder how is it?

As for the colors: It has to look close to real newspaper, so I have to use black headers and Impact font.

Pretty nice - uncommon layout concept, but accomplishes all which is necessary for a manageable on-line news site...
Clear view and good structured - but could have different colored CSS styles for headers to get away from being a bit dreary...
