Can't viewsite, but can log in

I am not able to view my site this morning (http://the-lee-family.us) and this is the error I get:

However, I am able to login in the backend and everything seems functional there. I have not made any changes, other than to delete spam from my guestbook, in a few weeks. Any advice?Error, you did NOT set variable $StringToChange in Convert() function.
