Can't viewsite, but can log in

I am not able to view my site this morning (http://the-lee-family.us) and this is the error I get:

Error, you did NOT set variable $StringToChange in Convert() function.
Error, can NOT read file: /home/content/t/h/e/theleefamily/html/include/inc_ext/ConvertCharset/ConvertTables/

However, I am able to login in the backend and everything seems functional there. I have not made any changes, other than to delete spam from my guestbook, in a few weeks. Any advice?

Well I don't know what happened but now my site works. Oh well. Any advice would still be helpful.
