Can't open file: 'phpwcms_article.MYI'

I went to the site i build, the layout shows up but I missed all the article content. I then take a look in the DB to see if everythings fine and I got this warning

Can't open file: 'phpwcms_article.MYI'

I really don't know how to manage that. Can you help please. Badly, I also lost the backup file for this site on a hd crash...

Oh, phpwcms v1.2.6-DEV 27.11.2005.

Hm - check your mysql database. Try to repair it. Don't know where your database is located - locally?

My DB is online, jut don't know how to repair it. How to access it is pretty easy but the Sql langage is like German to me...

That is where i need a little help.
