Need to Hire Help

I have three phpwcms sites that need to be moved from their current server to a new server with a different host. I have been experiencing server stability issues with my current host.

Because I am unfamiliar with moving these site and a novice with MySQL I would like to hire someone to make the move for me. These are not large sites but are large enough that it would be difficult to recreate from scratch.
