"frontend backend login document root" problem

Hi phorum, I have installed 1.2.8. on my local machine, everything works fine there… but if I put my site online and my $phpwcms["root"] I set like

$phpwcms["root"] = "";

my frontend is running, but i cannot login to the backend,getting the following error message:

Warning: main(/kunden/139821_01099/webseiten/cms/include/inc_lib/dbcon.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /kunden/139821_01099/webseiten/cms/moebler/login.php on line 31

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/kunden/139821_01099/webseiten/cms/include/inc_lib/dbcon.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /kunden/139821_01099/webseiten/cms/moebler/login.php on line 31

So if I change $phpwcms['root'] to:

$phpwcms['root'] = 'moebler';

now i am able to log in to the backend but my frontend gives me this:

Warning: main(/kunden/139821_01099/webseiten/cms/moebler/moebler/include/inc_lib/dbcon.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /kunden/139821_01099/webseiten/cms/moebler/index.php on line 57

i have another site on the same server (in another folder) with phpwcms 1.2.5. DEV and $phpwcms["root"] = ""; //default: ""
there everthing works fine in both >ends<...


what can i do? thanks schonmal im voraus...

Where is the root of your domain? webseiten or cms?

hi flip-flop, in my domain-options, the path of my domain (foward) is set to

/webseiten/cms/moebler

and in the config file

// site values
$phpwcms['site'] = 'http://'.$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'].'/';
$phpwcms['admin_email'] = '';
// paths
$phpwcms['DOC_ROOT'] = $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'];
$phpwcms['root'] = '';

Hi ruediger,

that must normaly work.
But if you have an special provider, please run the "document_root.php" in your new root and have a look.
