Revised release of phpwcms 1.2.6

Hi friends,

I have put a revised release of phpwcms here:

It is the release 1.2.6 - but not tested totally.

Unfinished functions are suppressed. There are no "real" new features implemented - this will be the next step. The release should be as secure as possible.

Please: don't ask for the changes. I will give all information at later date.
