Installer - page cannot be found after accepting EULA

Ok, i've uploaded all the files via SmartFTP. I follow the install instructions on the main site and then run index.php under the setup dir. I read the EULA and then click the accept button. Then it goes to page cannot be displayed. I've checked both MySQL and PHP to see if anythings wrong PHP version is fine and MySQL database is there. Would you have any idea of what went wrong? Is there a manual way to do it if the setup cannot be brought back to "life"?
