Where to go for "how to" documentation...

I have inherited a site which uses phpwcms. I’m no technical Genius and all I really need to do is update pages from time to time.

After a few hours of experiment I found how to do most of what I need - but can anyone tell me if there is a book or any documentation on how to just use this system on a day to day basis?
