Just my two cents and a confession.

I think wcms community is great - of course we all want a new release - yesterday (hehe) - but to be honest OliG has done a marvelous job - despite criticism and impatience. I am an old dog - just trying to learn new tricks - i learn so much from so many (brilliant) posts here - and of course from Oli's code - but it takes me time to learn - so thanks for the community - and OliG - I have continued roadmap to study others great code insight.

I am glad Pico is back - he has done a wonderful job with Fckeditor2 - it now works and as OliG mentions - having Filemangaer and Fck integrated sounds great new direction for roadmap. Yeah.

I meet many nice people here - and because of wcms i could stay in New Zealand... let me explain....

I had only 2 weeks before my student visa run out in April 2004 - i had a complicated project given to me - that if i have solution - i get a job contract to stay (am American originally) - well the guy interviewed me and decided no - jsw_nz (John) doesnt know enough - no contract -

With two weeks left - i studied phpwcms, became forum member and got lots of help from DA MEMBERS - i was able to develop a working prototype on my localhost in less than a week - i showed the guy and he changed his mind - and now I am a permanent resident of New Zealand - entering PhD Design Research Studies at University of Otago and working towards citizenship. So very big big thanks to community and core develper OliG - If it was not for community and yes OliG's answers, as i got started - i would have been required to leave New Zealand

So for me phpWcms has changed my life - for DA BETTER..
:D :D
