Shop Module -> Breitsch/Oliver |> Which one?

I don't know if I am the only one confused about the Shop Module(s) ?
There seems to be two Shop Modules available?
Could anyone make a short summary on which one does what?
The Pros and the Cons …

There is only ONE shop module - the one by Oliver!!!

I just did write a tutorial to use the module and I did make it run with 1.3.3. But it's the official module by Oliver!
So when you use phpwcms 1.3.3 you must take my adaptation in order to get the shop running.
When you use phpwcms 1.3.5 (any snapshot) the module is part of the distribution use this!
