phpwcms1.3.x Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese Language Packs Download NOW!

" Setup" and " Include" folder copy to the root directory of phpwcms, then open "login.php" and "phpwcms.php" under the root directory of phpwcms, change all the language characters restrictions â€œ0,2â€
