can't login

just upgraded 1.3.3 to 1.3.5
uploaded files, ran setup, updated database. go to login with original username and password and it won't let me. tried default username and password but no luck.

probably missing something really simple. any ideas?

Browsercache killed?

Have a look into the v1.3.5pre dist.conf.inc.php

conf.inc.php:
$phpwcms['Login_IPcheck'] = 0;
