If you use phpwcms ver. 1.30 (20070306), please rename folder 'ee' in inc_lang/backend to 'et' . If you do not, you'll get a warning in backend: Warning: main ... [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in ... \phpwcms.php on line 57 . It's my fault, right language code for estonia is 'et' (ISO 639-1)
