Das Kontaktformular geht insofern nicht, dass zwar eine eMail versendet wird, aber kein Text vorhanden ist.
Tut mir Leid, dass ich keine bessere Beschreibung liefern kann, aber mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen. Falls ihr mehr Infos braucht um mir zu helfen, bitte sagt es!

Hast du unten denn auch einen Text eingegeben wie z.B.
Guten Tag {Nachname} etc. ??
Wobei das in der geschweiften Klammer der Name des Feldes
ist.
