Problems in 1.2.8

I just made a clean install with 1.2.8 but I get this error when I try to login in

include_path='.:/hsphere/shared/apache/libexec/php4ext/php

What to do???

think that is not hto whole Error

but I 'oracle' that there is something with your Pathsettings in conf.inc.php not correct.
