Help installing a template with template wizard

Hi, I need some help with installing the flip-flop template07 using the template wizard. I "installed" it in a brand new 1.2.8 setup, but all I get is an unstyled page. Here's what I did;

- I installed the template wizard as per its instructions

- I copied and unzipped layout07_02 to the "templates" directory created by the template wizard under the phpwcms root

- I logged in and went to admin/templates; the layout07_02 shows up

- Under the first button "install template" I noticed a message "Template error Templatefile is missing!". I am not sure if this message was there before I pressed the button. In ancy case, I don't know what template file is missing and what to do about it.

- Next, I pressed the second "install template", the one under "single template file import". This apparently worked, no errors.

- Next I selected "admin/template" and picked the "apply template" option. I got a message saying that the template was successfully set (I confirmed to set it to the entire site).

I am not sure if this is the right sequence, I did not find any installation instructions in the forum (maybe I just missed it)

Any ideas why is my site unstyled? perhaps the template is not installed correctly?

PS. By the way, how does one uninstall a template with the template wizard? There does not seem to be an "uninstall" option after I hit the "install/uninstall template sets" button
