Installation Step 2 Stuck

Somehow I am unable to install phpwcms. When I try to install it gets stuck after step 2. In step 2 i insert all sql data enter ok and then all i see is the page head in the next page. Nothin else. the sql data is correct - because it has successfully inserted all tables, etc.

There aren´t any error-messages. The installation just stuck?

Checkbox Create Admin is checked?

You don´t create additional something like /CMS/ ending with a "/" ???
