edit article - missing buttons?

does this seem right to you guys...
i have made a totally new and full intallation and database (including upgrade.sql etc) of release 20/02/04. on trying to create an article I notice i have NO acctept/create/do something button

anyone????

Check your database. I had some problems too and found out that the database table did miss some fields. I suggest you check the updates.sql and see which fields are appended and then check on your servers database if all fields are there.

I had fixed this but totally forgot to post how

This problem was fixed by changing my $document_root path.

at the same time i also was having problems with spaw and so commented out the spaw case in another .php file.

if anyone else is having these problems please post here and I'll try and find the specific resolution I used.
