if i like to login phpwcms on my local server i get this message:

We are sorry!
For service reasons the system is temporarily not attainable.

Visit us later again!

i don´t know what to do. pleas help me!

could this be a message from your provider and the whole site is not available.
i know this message from all-inkl.com: most times they need just 5-15min
to solve the problems...

no, it´s a message from the file: dbdown.php that is within the phpwcms directory after installing it on my local server.
