after instal there are no Tables !

problem solved i did not gave the user Privileges

i Just installed phpwcms, but when i click on login to login the admin page i get this message :

"We are sorry!
For service reasons the system is temporarily not attainable.

Visit us later again!"

My tables are not in the database, what did i do wrong ?
