your questions don´t disturb any one. By a look at your questions I think you haven´t read doc´s and/or tuts.
That is essential for a startup. We can´t answer simple questions like shadow-layout. Many people spending much time at this board with support, while we earn our living costs with customer projects.

My advice: read the docu. -> Create a simple first layout without extra-functions and hacks. -> During this process you will become acquainted with the system.

and use the Search-Function of this Forum with Keyword 'shadow' and you will find a Lot of Solutions - also GOOGLE is your Frind
