I viewed the movie you have listed and I had already done each of these steps. Still I get this no matter what I do. Why?

This makes no sense at all. Also, 1.1 is the only install I can get to work and it does not produce all of the needed folders. I had to create thumb_list and thumb_preview, made them 777 and still the script did not recognize them in the directory tree.

With all of it's faults I still love this application.

The installation worked great. I have been able to get going and I see that I will be in this forum a lot. Now I have to figure out the navigation philosophy.
