[SOLVED]Working site, but now "dbdown.php"

Post by stemmen »

My site http://www.fedfest.dk was working perfectly. I wanted to visit the site 6 hours after the last time I visited it and now I get the dbdown-page.

I haven't changed a thing. What could be the problem?

No matter what - will I have to reconstruct the site from scratch or can I download the folders via FTP to my harddisk and upload them when installing new version of phpwcms, if necessary? I just hope the site will work the way it did...

Jan!

hello

why you don't check the settings into your conf.inc.php?

Well, I did check and it looked fine. The site is also working again, so I'm suspecting my ISP to be the reason. Thanks anyways!!!

I've been loosing my database connection so often lately that I changed the dbdown page to give our users something to do.

It has only been during the past week. My host thinks he found out who was causing the problem and has also moved me to another server. I just hope he doesn't blame it on phpwcms. :( Someone who shares the server had too many persistant connections causing mysql to crash.
