I like revisiting this thread because it shows me improvements in phpwcms from month to month as well as changes I have made.
I'm still not happy with my site.

The teaser tag and show_content tags have been the biggest improvement aids. In the past I had duplicated text, now I create one article and use many times.

Recently I changed my template to use only the main table giving me a little more flexibility. The biggest problem was the black line separating the menu and content. Before I had to split the header to be the same width as the left column. It looked different with every browser. I'm still having browser issues but I understand the tables better by having all the tables in one content field.

My big problem is with my calendar of events teaser tag.

What I would really like is
1 2 3 4 all where all would be a link to another page.

My other complaint to myself is that the page looks boring.
Maybe it's because I've been looking at it for 2 years now.
I look at other wcms sites with disbelief how much talent is out there.

Every few months I like to bump this post. It gives me time to reflect on my changes.

Lastly I upgraded the teaser tag. Having the all function really helps.
I changed my CSS file a bit. I don't like the font on PCs but on my Macs they look good. Don't know what to do about that.

I changed the dbdown.php file.
http://www.nccbmwcca.org/dbdown.php to give our users something to do when the databse goes down.

Every year I like to look back and see what I have done new.
Well, except for an addtiional RSS feed for news, nothing has been added.
I'm bored with my site.
Any suggestions?
