Hi,

I would appreciate any feedback regarding this site that is going online soon:
http://www.cdesautels.com/index.php

I will have to rework the CSS of the left menu because it changes to reorganized it all for adding another language, but minor changes. Also, I have trouble to get rid of the FR and EN (first level) on this same menu. If you can help with this also.

Thank you for your help.

Hi ipsoleil,

nothing to say but.... GREAT artworks... GREAT site... i love it :D

The Multilanguage-problem are the wrong alias of your top categories for both languages (fr) and (en).

Rename fr to fr_index

rename en to en_index

and you will see....

In ADMIN hide this two top categories.

You need 2 templates! one for all fr_sites and another one for all en_sites.

The differences of both are minimal!... read the description of my thread:

Or take the short way to Yves of StudioZ  : http://www.malouin.ws/

Thank you for your quick anwser. I use your thread yesterday to build the multilangage aspect of the site. Work pretty well and it's simple to understand.

I also change the name of my aliases (and category name also) so the Accueil (first level) display in FR and Home (first level) display in EN. But I don't want that, i try to hide it in the admin section, but nothing change... even when I clean the cache. Is that something I don't understand ?

You have to be a bit more consistent with the font styles you use. It will give a better flow to the pages.
Also, in some places, the heading is not aligned with the rest of the text.

I love the homepage but the website loses some of its magic once you get in. I think it's moslty because of my points above.
